We build software for the care home industry. That is the whole focus of the company — not a sector we happen to serve alongside others, but the one our products are designed around.
Care homes and care groups across the UK run on an enormous amount of record-keeping: staff files, right-to-work checks, regulator frameworks, training records, Home Office deadlines. Most of it still sits in spreadsheets, shared drives and reminder emails. Not because anyone chose that, but because the software on offer was usually built for another industry and adapted afterwards.
So we build applications that start from how a care home actually works — the Home Manager on a phone in the corridor, the Registered Manager preparing for an inspection, the group office trying to see every site at once.
